A wee opinion on diet plans based on my experince traning many many cleints achieve personal greatness WITHOUT diet plans!
Instead I encourgae clients to follow a guide, a guide which gives them structure to make their own decisions based on what they understand of themselves and their goals.
We cant soley work to numbers, formulas & plans
All that means nothing if our food choices arent feeding us with the nutrtion we need for our lifestyle and long term health & fitness.
What if all personal trainers and nutrtionisits were wiped off the earth!!
I know...Your hoping not this guy PEASE!!! haha
But seriously if you cant undersrtand your own bodies needs then what hope do you have!
You cant follow a plan your whole life...Thats why people keep coming back to what they think is the solution but its really a short term fix repeated over and over.
And if its not repeated you fall off the wagon!
