Gym Services Terms & Conditions

Monthly Gym Membership:

All members have the responsibility to keep us informed of any changes to their circumstances which could impact their ability to pay. Any new card details, request to pause or cancel membership must be sent to [email protected]

We are a family run, small business and we depend on all our members to keep the gym and our bills paid. We value each of you, we aren't a big gym where you are just a number and unpaid memberships or cancellations don't impact us. We appreciate, however that you may need to cancel or pause at some point.

So If you need to pause or cancel your membership please provide us with a written 30 day notice to [email protected]. So we can plan ahead and make necessary adjustments.

In the case of cancellation, a final bill will be produced and pro rated. This is calculated based on the day you written your notice and your usual bill date.

You can upgrade your membership at anytime with a 30 day notice.

There is a no refund policy for gym memberships. And there is no refund or reduced cost if you don't attend in a given month.

All trainers at Fit&Vital Life Gym are entitled to take paid holidays throughout the year. A 14 day notice of holidays will be provided. And sessions will be delivered by an alternative member of the community or trainer while we are away. Some sessions may need to be cancelled during that time if they cant be fulfilled with an alternative trainer.

Gym will be closed all bank holiday weekends (Friday-Monday) unless otherwise stated.

Christmas eve, Christmas Day, Boxing day, News Years eve & New Years Day will also be closed. Unless otherwise stated.

By signing up to a membership with us you agree with these terms.

Annual or 6 months Gym Memberships:

All annual and 6 month gym memberships paid in full cover the period at which you paid for. You have a 30 day grace period to cancel or change your membership during this period.

You can change or cancel the 6 month or annual membership within 30 days after signing up. Or within 30 days of the membership coming to an end.

Both annual and 6 months membership or auto renewed every 6 or 12 months. Unless a 30 day notice is applied to change or cancel.

You will be notified of this 30 day notice period in advance.

Trials:

Unless otherwise arranged a 7 day trial starts from the day you sign up for 7 days.

On day 8 the subscription you chose at the sign up begins unless a written notice of cancellation has been sent by then.

If no cancellation has been submitted before the trial ends. Then membership begins from day 8 and a 28 day billing begins from that date.

To ensure you are aware of this process several emails will be sent when you sign up to remind you of this process.

A 28 day billing cycle is arranged from day 8 if no cancellation request has been submitted.

You can upgrade your membership at anytime with a 30 day notice.

If you want to cancel at any point after day 8. which is after the 7 day trial. A 30 day written notice is required as outlined above.

Programs:

All gym programs unless otherwise stated have an anytime refund policy within the program time frame if you are ever not happy with the service or your results.

Anytime after the time frame of the program is non refundable.

When signing up to a payment plan, you are agreeing to keep that payment arrangement until the balance is paid in full.

By signing up to a program with us you agree to these terms

Attendance & booking sessions:

You must book in to the sessions you are coming to via our Facebook or Instagram booking group.

24+ hours before each day I will post into the group to find out who is coming in the following day, and at what time.

You must comment on those posts as soon as you know when and if you are coming in.

You must also comment on those posts to cancel sessions.

If nobody has booked in for a given time within 15 minutes of the session starting, that session wont go ahead.

This could result in the doors being locked.

There is no compensation of any kind for anyone who turns up without booking in prior to turning up.
