Over the past year I have been running local group coaching services to people just like you and it has gone great!

Here is how it will work each week…
1. I map out a training program for you to follow 1 month at a time. Designed to drop clothes sizes & tone up the legs, arms & back fat using only weights!
2. You follow that and provide feedback to me...What works well, what you wanna change etc.
3. Feedback is given via a weekly 121 & group check in via a private Facebook group.
4. I coach you each week on areas you struggling with and provide help & feedback on exercises
5. I want to build a 12 week program so we will be working together for 90 days!
Don't worry we will be having a break on the key days over Xmas...I do have a soul!
You have access to me via a private Facebook group & chat when you need questions answered day to day.
